With a dream, the love of good Italian food, and the enjoyment and appreciation derived from cooking and preparing food for the enjoyment of others, Dean Biales opened Assaggio’s Italian restaurant in April of 2004. Originally from  Long Island, New York, Dean followed that dream to Raleigh, NC and the rest is history.
