First Ward Park is the culmination of a joint partnership between Levine Properties, UNC Charlotte, Mecklenburg County and the City of Charlotte. The new 4-acre park is located between East 7th, 9th and Brevard Streets, just east of the light rail tracks. 

As one of Charlotte’s newest parks, this tiny urban gem offers a lot. There’s a popular splash pad for kids (or sundrenched adults), bistro tables for your picnic and a large greenspace for blankets. The Market at 7th Street is nearby, so pack your provisions from there.
